All of our fine Jewelry, from custom work to ready-to-ship pieces are handcrafted and created in our studio in Vancouver, Canada.

We are committed to sourcing conflict-free diamonds and gemstones. We work directly with our suppliers to source gemstones through safe, responsible, and ethical practices, prioritizing the physical and mental well-being of every human-being  first while being mindful of the environment throughout the entire process.

Ready-to-Ship items will be shipped within 2-3 business days of the order being placed, and items that are Made-to-Order can take up to 10 business days to be shipped. 

Within Canada: orders can take up to 7-10 business days to arrive. Opting to upgrade to Expedited Tracked Shipping will get your piece to you between 1-12 business days - location dependent. 

Within the USA: US orders take approximately 5-7 business days to arrive after your piece has been shipped. Parcels may be subject to additional duties + taxes upon arrival.

With the World: Orders shipping international can take up to 15 business days or more after your piece has been shipped - please note that delays may occur. Parcels may be subject to additional duties + taxes upon arrival.

Expedited Tracked shipping costs an additional $45 in Canada. Additional shipping charges may apply for US orders or international expedited orders. We recommend choosing this option if you are in a rush to get your piece.

Expedited + tracked shipping costs:

Canadian Orders: Tracked shipping is free over $50. Expedited shipping is an additional $45.

US Orders: Tracked shipping is free over $50. Expedited shipping is an additional $75. 

International Orders: Tracked shipping is free over $500. Expedited priority worldwide shipping is an additional $150.

Taxes are included but all packages may be subject to additional taxes and duty charges that are not included, based on your country of residence.

We offer one complimentary ring resize and one free cleaning to all our custom-made pieces a year. We will repair normal wear and tear of your fine jewelry up to the first 6 months after purchase. After that additional fees may apply.

Our fine jewelry is meant to be low maintenance and worn daily, but still requires a significant amount of love, attention, and care. We recommend cleaning your jewelry with warm soapy water and a soft bristle toothbrush. 

On all fine Jewelry and custom work we offer 1 free cleaning a year - all shipping costs are at the expense of the client.

Yes we are happy to offer plans that break up the cost into ⅔ amounts to be paid on an agreed upon payment schedule as your piece is being made. For ready-made pieces, we offer Sezzle for items under $2500, and will happily provide layaway for larger items, based on an agreed-upon payment schedule.
